Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve complex customer escalations while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Document accurate and detailed interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).

Qualifications
