Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer escalations while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document accurate and detailed interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Bilingual in Tagalog/Filipino is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Support environment.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ wpm) and computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
