Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architecture for banking applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR standards.
- Optimize database queries and system performance to handle high transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to implement financial controls.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development (Java, Go, or Python).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, or high-frequency trading concepts is a plus.
