Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages (Python/Go).
- Optimize database queries and architecture to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
