Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models to production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance, latency, and throughput.
- Lead technical initiatives for fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) on domain-specific datasets.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines using CI/CD practices for automated model retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in clean, efficient software development.
- Stay current with academic research to integrate SOTA architectures into our product stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working with large-scale distributed training on GPU clusters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
