Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale end-to-end deep learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with research scientists to transition experimental models into highly optimized code.
- Design and implement data pipelines to handle massive, multi-modal datasets.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-traffic real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and codebase maintainability.
- Conduct cutting-edge R&D to improve model performance and reduce training costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of shipping production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
