As a key member of our team, you will design and deploy production-grade models that empower our robots to interpret, reason, and act within complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy advanced neural networks for perception and decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into high-performance robotic hardware.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve novel problems in reinforcement learning and transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for edge computing environments to ensure low-latency performance.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including automated testing, versioning, and deployment monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal AI knowledge base and research culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA) and deployment strategies on edge devices.
- Proven track record of publishing research or deploying scalable AI solutions in a production environment.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
