As a Senior AI Engineer, you will architect complex neural network infrastructures, optimize large-scale transformer models, and collaborate with a world-class team of researchers to solve the industry's most challenging problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-throughput production environments.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models to meet specific business objectives.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory consumption on cloud-based GPU clusters.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with data scientists to iterate on experimental models and improve performance metrics.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, automated testing, and continuous monitoring.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art NLP and Computer Vision advancements into existing products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or software engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- In-depth knowledge of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray, or Spark).
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and embedding techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
