Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI models into existing product ecosystems.
- Conduct advanced research into model optimization, reducing latency and infrastructure costs.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks for large language models (LLMs).
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and automated testing.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by contributing to open-source initiatives and publishing findings.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of production experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformers, Attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in distributed systems and performance optimization.
