Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core hardware ecosystem.
- Conduct advanced research into novel neural network architectures.
- Optimize inference performance to ensure real-time responsiveness on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and code quality.
- Define data strategy and pipelines to drive model improvement cycles.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to internal AI design documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, computer vision, or NLP.
- Expertise in Python and one or more deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into high-traffic production environments.
- Experience with C++ or Rust for performance-critical components is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
