Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into proprietary software stacks.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models for domain-specific applications.
- Perform rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends to keep our technological edge ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve ambiguous, open-ended technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
