- Design and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.

Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
