Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale transformer models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade applications.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for high-concurrency environments.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineering staff on best practices.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex problems in generative adversarial networks (GANs) and reinforcement learning.
- Monitor model drift and implement automated retraining pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (Spark, Ray) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps best practices, CI/CD for AI, and model versioning tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, startup-style environment.
