Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time inference and low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development and MLOps.
- Design automated testing and monitoring pipelines for production models.
- Stay current with emerging AI research papers and propose novel architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines and distributed training environments.
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and solve ambiguous technical challenges.
