Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable deep learning models in a production environment.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency inference on edge hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing robotic workflows.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex problems in computer vision and natural language processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and automated testing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to internal research papers.
- Manage model lifecycle, including data acquisition, feature engineering, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, with a focus on PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing paradigms.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, GANs, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at scale in a production environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
