Responsibilities

- Lead technical initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Stay current with cutting-edge AI research and implement state-of-the-art architectures.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for MLOps and experiment tracking.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to improve model accuracy and mitigate bias.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and shipping AI/ML models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (Spark, Ray, or Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of MLOps pipelines including CI/CD for model training.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
