Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing robotic hardware.
- Optimize neural network performance for latency and throughput in real-time edge computing.
- Conduct cutting-edge research on reinforcement learning and adaptive control systems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model versioning, and automated testing pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI department.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and publish research findings in top-tier venues.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in building and shipping production-grade AI applications.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Diffusion models, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of deploying models on edge hardware (NVIDIA Jetson, TPU).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
