Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy advanced neural network architectures to solve core business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing production ecosystems.
- Optimize model inference performance for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for machine learning.
- Drive research initiatives focused on transformer models, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Maintain rigorous code quality standards and automated testing frameworks for all AI assets.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights that inform product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or NLP.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into high-traffic production environments.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning and model monitoring.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong academic or project-based research portfolio.
