Responsibilities
- Design and train state-of-the-art deep learning models for computer vision and sensor fusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production-grade robotic hardware.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency inference on edge devices.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve novel problems in reinforcement learning and pattern recognition.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and code quality.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights for model performance improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by publishing internal white papers and attending global tech conferences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and C++ with deep experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, and numerical optimization.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with robotic middleware, such as ROS2, is highly preferred.
