Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust deep learning architectures for production-grade AI applications.
- Collaborate with research scientists to transition innovative prototypes into scalable production environments.
- Optimize neural network performance, training latency, and inference throughput.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Analyze complex data sets to drive model improvements and feature engineering efforts.
- Stay current with cutting-edge AI research and integrate relevant advancements into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language model fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into high-traffic production environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
