Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Optimize neural network performance for low-latency inference on distributed GPU clusters.
- Design rigorous evaluation frameworks to assess model accuracy, bias, and performance.
- Mentor junior machine learning engineers and contribute to technical architectural reviews.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by actively contributing to internal papers and open-source projects.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT).
- Solid grasp of MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, data versioning, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of shipping complex AI-driven products.
