Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and strategy for major brand identity and digital campaigns.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and illustrators.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with strategy and account teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Review final deliverables to ensure the highest quality standards and brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce fresh, innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and brand work.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools.
- Proven experience managing remote or hybrid creative teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field.
