Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with $500k+ annual budgets, optimizing for CPA and ROAS targets
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage a team of 3-5 specialists, providing mentorship and performance-driven feedback
- Drive brand awareness through innovative content marketing and influencer partnerships
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI leadership
- Advanced certification in Google Ads, Analytics, and Meta Blueprint
- Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM systems
