Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in art direction with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling and brand identity work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Proven ability to manage multi-platform campaigns from concept to execution
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital media trends
- Experience mentoring creative teams and fostering inclusive environments
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field
