Apex Design Collective is seeking a visionary Senior Architectural & Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in the heart of Manhattan. As a key member of our design team, you will lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring our vision is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and spatial planning for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop compelling 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent to clients.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and contractors during the construction documentation and site supervision phases.
- Conduct site visits and ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably within a high-profile design firm.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of space, light, and materiality.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices (LEED AP preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
