The Role:
We are looking for a professional who excels in both technical precision and artistic flair. You will be the bridge between client vision and technical reality, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Utilize advanced software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality 3D models and renderings.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is faithfully executed on-site.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a high-profile firm.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of project types (residential, commercial, hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Valid NCARB certification or architectural license preferred.
