Responsibilities
- Lead the design development process, creating innovative concepts and detailed designs that align with project goals and client vision.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino to develop high-quality construction documentation and 3D visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ideas.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, planning laws, and sustainability standards (e.g., BREEAM).
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to the design team.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 3) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in architectural design, preferably within the UK market.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit, and CAD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients confidently.
- Deep understanding of UK building codes, planning regulations, and construction processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
