Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation using BIM software
- Create compelling spatial narratives through advanced 3D modeling and visualization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on LEED-certified sustainable projects
- Present design solutions to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines while maintaining design integrity and quality control

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural design
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of award-winning residential/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
