Responsibilities
- Lead design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, clients)
- Revit proficiency required for BIM modeling and coordination
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA regulations
- Mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience
- LEED AP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
- New York State Architectural License (RA) required
- Experience in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
