Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from conceptualization to documentation
- Develop innovative spatial solutions using BIM software (Revit/ArchiCAD)
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design integration
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers and review technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial projects
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and material mastery
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- New York State architectural license required
