Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and client presentations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior designers and drive design innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years in high-end residential/commercial design
- LEED AP and NCIDQ certifications required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex spatial solutions
- New York State architectural license (or ability to obtain immediately)
