Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for high-profile architectural projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and interior designers
- Create compelling 3D visualizations and presentation materials for client pitches
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and conduct technical reviews
- Research and integrate innovative materials and construction methodologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of progressive experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
- Experience with NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional communication and client presentation skills
