Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development and technical documentation for mixed-use and high-rise projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interiors) to ensure cohesive project execution
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications compliant with NYC Building Code
- Manage client relationships through design presentations, approvals, and construction phases
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban projects
- Mentor junior designers and guide sustainable design integration (LEED/AP accreditation preferred)
- Oversee BIM coordination and parametric design workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end commercial/residential design
- NYC-registered architect license required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of award-winning complex building projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations and building codes
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from schematic design to construction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
