Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across multiple high-profile projects
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP consultants to ensure seamless integration
- Develop innovative design solutions using BIM (Revit) and parametric modeling tools
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban sites
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- LEED AP BD+C certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects
- New York State Architect License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Demonstrated expertise in sustainable design principles and materials
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
