Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines for high-profile developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and LEED certification standards
- Develop innovative sustainable design solutions for mixed-use and residential projects
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-rise or commercial architecture
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Experience with NYC DOB filing processes and construction administration
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
