Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through schematic and documentation phases
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across all project stages
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and sustainability consultants
- Develop innovative building solutions integrating passive design and smart technologies
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA standards, and LEED/SIP requirements
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- Registered Architect (NCARB) with NY State license
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Enscape/V-Ray rendering
- Demonstrated portfolio of award-winning built projects
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and parametric design
- Experience with large-scale urban planning projects
- Certification in sustainable design (LEED AP or equivalent)
