Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design processes from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Develop innovative spatial solutions that balance client vision with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants for integrated design delivery
- Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and material palettes
- Manage client relationships and project timelines while maintaining design integrity
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural design experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and technical execution
- New York State architectural license required
- Experience with NYC DOB and sustainability regulations
