Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design execution from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Develop innovative spatial solutions integrating sustainable materials and smart technology
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design teams for seamless project delivery
- Present design narratives to high-profile clients and municipal authorities
- Mentor junior designers through design charrettes and technical reviews
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for adaptive reuse projects
- Research emerging construction methodologies and material innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex spatial problem-solving and material innovation
- New York State architectural license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with landmarked building renovations and BIM coordination
