Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for commercial and residential projects
- Conduct client consultations and translate vision into detailed architectural plans
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior design teams
- Utilize BIM software (Revit) for 3D modeling and project coordination
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Licensure as a Registered Architect (AIA preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and technical excellence
- Strong knowledge of LEED and sustainable design principles
- Exceptional client communication and project management skills
- Experience with commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects
