Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across multiple concurrent projects
- Develop sustainable design solutions integrating passive house principles and smart technology
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and interior design teams for seamless execution
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for adaptive reuse projects
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- Registered Architect license (NY State) required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative materiality and spatial storytelling
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and Zoning Resolution
