Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to execution
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering teams and regulatory authorities

- Mentor junior designers through design reviews
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Integrate sustainable design principles and smart technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of professional architectural design experience
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning residential/commercial projects
- New York State architectural license (required)
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning laws
