Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and hospitality projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design teams through BIM workflows
- Conduct client presentations with compelling visual narratives using Rhino/Revit
- Manage project budgets and timelines while ensuring compliance with ADA and ICC codes
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio development
- Research emerging materials and technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of delivering projects over $10M in construction value
- Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial innovation and technical execution
- Illinois architectural license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
