Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interior design)
- Present design concepts to clients and municipal authorities
- mentor junior designers and review technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Develop 3D models and renderings using Revit, Rhino, and V-Ray
- Manage project budgets and timelines from concept to completion
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive design experience in commercial architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale built projects
- Illinois architectural license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Demonstrated experience in BIM management and coordination
- Exceptional presentation and client communication skills
