Responsibilities
- Lead design development for mixed-use and commercial projects from concept to construction documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, sustainability consultants) to ensure seamless execution
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality control across deliverables
- Stay current with NYC building codes, Zoning Resolution, and LEED/Sustainable Design standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-rise/mixed-use design
- NYC-licensed Architect with NCARB certification
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning commercial/residential projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building regulations and construction methods
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
