Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and interior specialists

- Present design concepts to high-profile clients and municipal review boards
- Oversee project execution ensuring compliance with NYC building codes and LEED standards
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Research emerging materials and technologies for cutting-edge applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 7+ years of NYC-based experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and building codes
- Experience leading projects through NYC DOB approval processes
- Exceptional presentation skills and client management abilities
