Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans using BIM software (Revit) and AutoCAD
- Lead client presentations and manage project timelines/budgets
- Collaborate with interior designers on holistic spatial solutions
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards (LEED)
- Produce detailed construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineering consultants
- Mentor junior designers and review technical drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture with 5+ years' experience
- NYC architectural license required (RA)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from schematic to construction
- Exceptional visualization skills (3D modeling/rendering)
- LEED AP certification preferred
