Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Integrate sustainable design principles (LEED/WELL certification) into all projects
- Manage client relationships and project timelines across commercial/residential sectors
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Develop innovative design solutions using BIM software (Revit) and parametric tools
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (BArch/MArch required)
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end design projects
- LEED AP BD+C or WELL AP certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative spatial solutions
- Illinois architectural license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven track record managing $5M+ projects
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
