In this role, you will lead the design process from initial concept through to technical documentation, working closely with clients, engineers, and planners to bring ambitious projects to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, ensuring creative and technical excellence across all project phases.
- Prepare high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, MEP, and interior design solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field (RIBA Part 3 qualified preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in architectural design within the UK market.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and AutoCAD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients confidently.
