Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for large-scale commercial and institutional projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control processes
- Conduct client presentations and stakeholder negotiations
- Mentor junior designers and review technical drawings
- Stay current with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture license (RA) required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural design
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of built projects demonstrating design excellence
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and sustainable design principles
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
