Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and contractors
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of professional architectural design experience
- NYC architectural license required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio highlighting residential/commercial projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Exceptional spatial reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with NYC zoning regulations
