Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept development through to construction documentation, ensuring adherence to project vision and client requirements.
- Utilize advanced BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) to produce high-fidelity 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to analyze environmental factors and structural constraints.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and project managers.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards (LEED/WELL).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure (ARB/RIBA or local equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in architectural design, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and design flair.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas.
